James Stedman Henderson's Sweets, Ltd., Australia, made a net profit last year of £38,305, compared with £36 261 the previous year. Ordinary dividend remains at 5 per cent absorbing £26,534, preference dividends require £7750, and a. sum of £5000 is carried to reserve,^ leaving £7538 to be carried forward, against £8517 brought forward. Assets and liabilities of the New Zealand branch have been amalgamated with head office figures in place of appearing under one heading as a branch account.
