The Foreign Secretary (Mr. Anthony Eden), who is making good recovery from his recent illness, hopes to be in Geneva on Monday next to lead th* British Delegation attending th« League meetings. In his absence at the opening meeting of the Leagus Council Lord Cranbourne (Undei* Secretary) will represent Britain.
