WHALING DISPUTE
SETTLEMENT IMMINENT
LONDON, September 14. The "Daily Telegraph's" diplomatic correspondent says that a settlement of the whaling dispute is imminent. Nor- | way, while maintaining her stand that there is necessity for certain restric-1 tions in the whaling industry, will no longer oppose exceptions in favour of the Unilever and Salvesen companies.
