PARENTS' ASSOCIATION
The resignation of Mr. J. A.'Foster, who has. held the position of, secretary since,the inception of the association in 1926, was received with regret' at the monthly meeting of. the Scots College: Parents' Association last night. Mr. H. R. Biss presided. In recognition >of his services Mr. Foster was made a life member. ; Mr. F. H. Harris was appointed to the secretaryship. Mr. G.- P. Anderson presented a report on the various tenders received for building a shed in the school baths. Captain J; A. Duffy briefly outlined the conditions in We; baths, and after some discussion it'was decided to appoint a. sub-committee to inquire into the matter further. Discussion also took place regarding the building of a residence for the headmaster of the college, Mr. J. R. Sutcliffe, but no definite decision :■ was arrived at.
