MAGISTRATE'S REBUKE

The unusual conduct of the accused in a case heard before Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court this afternoon elicited a rebuke from the Magistrate. Upon entering the dock the accused produced a nail file, and while the evidence ewas being typed, commenced operations on his fingernails.-' This went, on for some time, until the Magistrate pointed out in no uncertain terms that he did not approve of people carrying on toilet operations in the dock.
