Hutt-Horowhenua Hural Area.—Mr S. H. D. Peryman,' Mr. G. M. Henderson, Mr. F. C. Meyer (sitting member) One vacancy.

Marlborough Rural Area.—Ordinary vacancy: Mr. W. D. Pike (sitting member). Mr. C. E. Townshend. Extraordinary vacancy, caused by the resignation of Mr. W. E. Gascoigne on account of ill health—Mr. H. Duckworth Mr. T. C. Prichard. and Mr. B. E. Watson. Wairarapa Rural Area.—Mr. J F Brophy, Mr. A. Donald (sitting member). One required. Mr. J.
