UNIFORM FOR HOCKEY PLAYERS

Some dissatisfaction at the different styles of dress adopted by women hockey players in Wellington has been expressed on several occasions and it is intended that in the match against the Fijian team the Wellington team shall appear attired as neatly as possible. With this object in view the Wellington Hockey Association has laid down definite- rules regarding the skirts to be worn by the Wellington players. Black shin-guards and boots are also tp be worn. '
