BUCHAREST, July 11.
M. Titulescu is reported to have resigned the Foreign Ministry owing to dissatisfaction with the internal political situation, which he regards as contradicting foreign policy owing to the Government supporting Nazis who have adopted an anti-French policy since M. Blum's advent.
