WRESTLING AT SYDNEY

SYDNEY, July 12.
At the Leichhardt Stadium, Tom Lurich defeated Harban Singh by two falls to one after an hour's wrestling in a scheduled two-hour contest. Singh took the first fall after 30 minutes with an octopus hold. Lurich equalled with a back loop slam, which left the Indian groggy and, immediately on resuming, Lurich repeated the process to win the contest.
