The" flying conditions for the final stage of the King's Cup. air race today showed great improvement on those of yesterday, when competitors encountered thunder, low clouds, mtst, and heavy rain. There were fourteen starters in the pylon racing in the final, consisting of twelve cirouits of a 26 miles triangular course. It was a handicap event in which constant cornering told against the faster machines. . . • ■
