In the linal of the New South Wales amateur golf championship, ;T, McKay defeated F. Headlam; 2 up. : Headlam was 3 up with five--to play, but McKay, in a fighting finish, squared the match at the thirty-fourth and, .amid great excitement, went on to win 2 up.
