SALES IN TE AROHA AREA

Sales of dairy farms in the Te Aroha district are now taking place. Mr. T. G. James's farm of over 100 acres at Te Aroha West has been sold to Mr." Bullman, of Waitoa, at £40 an acre. Mr. 8.. Eckhert's property of 190 acres at Manawaru has been purchased by^Mr. Dale, of Tarahaki, at a price approximating^ £8000. The W. Taylor^estate property rat Waihou has been sold:'.toiMr;LPollard, of Waharoa, at £39 an; acre. Mr. J.
