PALACE GARDEN PARTIES
It has not yet been decided which members of the. King's relatives are to form the Royal circle at the Buckingham Palace garden parties (states an English (exchange). They will wear half-mourning, which begins for the Court on July 21, the day of the first Royal party. Princess Elizabeth is not expected to attend the parties, as they rank as State functions. Although she may accompany her parents to private and even public functions, it is not considered etiquette for a Princess to attend a State occasion until she is of coming-out age.
