THE HON. P. FRASER (By Telegraph—Presß Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. The Minister of Education, Health, and Marine (the Hon. P. Fraser), accompanied by the Director of Education (Mr. N. T. Lambourne), and the Director-General of Health (Dr. M. H. Watt) arrived yesterday. This morning Mr. Fraser visited the Portobello marine hatchery and the Medical and Dental Schools, and this afternoon he will receive three deputations. I
The party leaves for Oamaru on Wednesday .evening.
