RADIO BAN

ITALY, IN ABYSSINIA

BRITAIN NEGOTIATING

(British Official Wireless.) (Received July 13, noon.) RUGBY, July 12. In regard to the announcement that General Graziani has issued a decree restricting the use of all save Italian Government wireless stations in Addis Ababa, no. objection apparently is raised against the continuance of legation wireless stations to receive messages, but there is the question of a.15 days' ban on transmission. So far, as the British Legation is concerned, the matter is being taken up in Rome, and meanwhile the legation is continuing to transmit its messages, while the British Government is also in communication with the Governments of the United States, France, and Germany, whose legations in lAddis Abab* are also concerned.
