LONDON, July 10.
"Behind Herr Hitler's peacs speeches war is being prepared. Germany's warlike preparations are much further advanced than is generally suppossd," asserted a Gsrman speaker at the Trade Union Congress whoss name it was thought undesirable to announce.
ris added that it should be emphasised that there was a difference between the German Government and the German people, who did not want war, although a war psychology was being cultivatedl, accompanied by description of the French, as enemies.
"Herr Hitler's peace means slavery for all peoples. A man who oppresses his own people and locks them up has no right to speak of psace," he added. The age limits announced for mobilisation were being exceeded. Documents existed showing that workers over the age of 45 had war equipment.
