DAIRYING AT TE AROHA

TE AROHA, This Day Sales of dairy fai;ms in' the Te Aroha district are now taking place. Mr T. G. James's farm of over 100 acres' at Te Aroha West has been sold to Mr. Bullman, of Waitoa, at £40 an acre. Mr. R. Eckert's property of 190 acres at Manawaru has been purchas ed by Mr. Dale, of Taranaki, at a price approximating £8000. The W Taylor estate property at Waihou has been sold to Mr. Pollard, ,of Waharoa at £39 an acre. Mr. J. Neil's Mana'wai property of over 100- acres has been bought by Mr. H. James, 6i Te Aroha West, at £40 an acre, and the Rea Estate farm on Eastport Road has been purchased by Messrs. Davies Bros Te Aroha.
