Tho Duko of Kent's banner was affixed in the Chapel of the Order of St. Michael and St. George, m St. Paul's Cathedral, on St. George's Day. Drinking water for dogs accompanying passengers on British railways will be supplied this summer, free of charge on request, at all passenger stations.
