(Special to the "Evening Post.") PALMERSTON N„ This Day. A request for price flxation so that milk should be sold from dairies -at not less than the price charged by roundsmen (5d per Quart) was ma( j e to the Palmerston North City Council last evening by venders. It was stated that there were forty 1 dairies in the city and they menaced the trade of; retailers by selling milk more cheanly.
The council is to give consideration to the matter. '
