France; hon. secretary-treasurer, Mr. H. Sherbrooke; committee, Messrs. J. Gregory, R. Haymes, F. Barrow, R. Holland, D. Barrons, R. Garwood. W. J. Jennings; auditor, Mr. C. H. Backhouse.
