The list of fixtures made by the Court of Appeal today for its present sitting comprised only four cases, and was the shortest for some years. The cases are expected to be ail heard by the end of this' week, and on Monday of next week there is one case for the attention of the Full Court. The Court of Appeal has in addition the usual number of applications by prisoners for leave to appeal against sentences.
