MR. CHAMBERLAIN AND BOY (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 12. Newspapers report a pleasing incident in St. James' 'Park, London, on Friday. While the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, was taking his customary walk a small boy who was looking at the ducks lost his balance and fell over the low railings Wr.o the lake. Mr. Chamberlain leaned fiver and fished the boy out of the water, and, after handing him over wet but unharmed to his nurse, continued on his way,
