CONGESTED BRAIN
MAN WHO WAS HANGED SYDNEY, June 2. A post-mortem examination yesterday on the body of Arnold Sodeman, who was hanged, revealed that his brain was congested and showed early lepto meningitis. Medical opinion obtained today disclosed that, lepto meningitis had no specific cause ancl no specific cffcct, but it would lead to paralysis of the brain, causing mental trouble of various kinds.
