ESPIONAGE CHARGES
MALTA, May 30.
Nicolo Delia, lawyer and former N«» tionalist deputy, and Guze Flows, tobacconist and former Labour leader, were remanded on a charge of trying to obtain secret ofllcial sketches, plans, and models calculated to l>e useful to an enemy. They were also charged with inciting dockyard employees to a breach of the Official Secrets Act. Delia stated that the Italian Consul asked him to obtain secret information regarding the dockyard and the naw. He refused, but got in touch with a dockyard employee through Flores. Both later, he *id, refusad t* continue the inquiries.
