MR. DEBUCHI'S RECRET TOKIO, May 30. Air. K. Debuchi, who visited Australia and New Zealand last year on a good-will tour, states he is + oo grieve'd to find words to comment on Australia's action in raising her tariffs, which had ruined his mission and was contrary to Mr. Lyons's assurances. Sir John Latham, who earlier led an ■ Australian mission to the East, cabled suggesting that Japan await experience of the new system before acting.
