BRITAIN'S ATTITUDE
CABINET DISCUSSION NO FINAL DECISION LONDON, May 30. The ".Morning Post's" diplomatic correspondent says that Britain's attitude to sanctions was discussed by Cabinet, but that no final decision was taken. Mr. Eden's view is understood to be that before sanctions are raised something must be done for security of States rendered nervous by the League's failure, particularly those which feel themselves threatened either by Germany or Italy. Signor Mussolini is believed to be willing to negotiate on these lines, but maintains that sanctions must be lifted first.
