Of twenty cards returned in the qualifying round at Karori for the Red Top Crystals those leading were:—A. H. Wadham, 90, 24—66; E. Smart, 89, 22—67: C. J. Baker. 83, 16—67: W. Walker, 86, 19—67; H. Pope, 80, 12—68; E. Lash, 76, B—6B. In two fourball bogey competitions on Sunday W. Walker and J. Hutchins won in the morning, 4 up, and K. G. McKenzie and W. R. Clarke in the afternoon, 3 up.
