DEVELOPMENT OF ABYSSINIA (Received June 1,. 2.5 pjn.) ROME, May 31. An additional fund of £8,000,000 wb be provided for the development of Abyssinia by the Institute of Social Providence and the National Insurance Institute over a period of five years.
