METTERS CLUB PLAYERS
! (Received May 16, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Metter's • Association Football Club's player J. Hughes, a forward, has informed the secretary of the Australian Football Association that he will not be available for the tour of New Zealand. The other three Metters representatives, J. Evans (full-back) and J. Osborne and R. Bryant (halves), are definitely going to New Zealand. The Metters Club passed a resolution banning its four selected players from accompanying the Australian Association football team to New Zealand.
