(Received May 16, 9.30 a.m.) \ . TOKIO,,May 15. The Minister of Foreign Affairs' (Mr. Arita) informed the Diet that Japan has firmly decided never to^give up the rights conferred upon her by the mandate in the South' Pacific islands.
