AERODROME STRIKE
SETTLEMENT AT MOTUEKA

Eddy, South Island organiser ,-, of the New Zealand Workers' Union, arrived at Motueka' from Christchurch • yesterday and took part in the nego- ".; tiations. ' ' The/agreement -reached was that infuture three chains will be the limit -for a barrow wheel. Handcarts will be used for distances from five to ten chains, and motor-trucks for carrying spoil distances greater than ten chains.
