WEST COAST HOTELS, LTD.

Public subscription is invited to West Coast Hotels, Ltd., a new company formed with the object of establishing a chain of modern licensed hotels, particularly in Greymouth, Westport, and Hokitika.. The capital required is £40,000 in 40,000 ordinary shares of £1 each. It is proposed to erect a new hotel in Greymouth on a central site in the city over which the company has secured an option.
