The tables will be turned, though, in the summer, for the average home uses very little light. Even on my last account, the whole 16 has not been used. The board displays great shrewdness by bringing in this wonderful so-called reduction at the commencement of the winter.
Wait until the summer to see how the consumer pays. But we should not wait until then, but should get busy and organise a protest meeting so that those who have supported the board and helped to put it on' such a firm working basis have their rights considered. I trust that there will* be many supporters of this topic, and with "Consumer" consider it a big cause for complaint.
