ITALIAN LOANS TO ALBANIA
ROME, April 10.
Replying to Signor Mussolini s expressed determination to continue the war until the Abyssinian troops are annihilated, Marshal Badoglio has telegraphed to Signor Mussolini assuring him that the armies will not rest until the enemy 'is completely Italy has granted a loan of 60,000,000 lire to Albania, and also an annual loan of 10,000,000 gold francs for ten years. It is understood that Italy desires to exploit the Albanian, oil resources.
