On Easter morning w« would bring A »on« th»t »ll «he world may sing, That boys and Blrl» In every land May learn to love and understand— A song of bell and Illy bloom, And reiurreotlon from the tomb. When Jesus was » little lad It must have made His young heart glad To see that Illy stems push through Tha cold, dark earth to skies of blue In spite of stone and sun-baked clod That strew the overlying sod. When teaching later He would show How lilies of the field could grow. Perhaps It helped Him leave the tomb When He remembered how each bloom CnmM out from dark and lonely cell By God's life laws to Illy bell. On Easter morning we would bring A song that all tho world may sing. That boys and girls In every land May learn to love and understand— A song of bell and Illy bloom And resurrection from the tomd.
