LABOUR SOCIAL AND DANCE.
On Tuesday next the Wellington Labour Representation Committee will hold a social and dance.in the Trades Hall, Vivian Street, for the purpose of extending a welcome to the delegates attending the annual conference of the Labour Party. The members of Cabinet have signified their intention of being present. This is the first opportunity the people of Wellington have had of meeting the members of the Labour Government at such a function and all supporters of the party should be present and help to make the welcome fitting to the occasion. Delegates from all over New Zealand will be present. Vocal items will be given by two of Wellington's leading artists and Les. Walker's dance orchestra jyill supply the music for the dancing.
