There is a proposal afoot to stage amateur wrestling programmes at intervals during the winter at the Show Stadium. It has also been proposed that boxing amateurs should participate in the events.
Attempts are being made to match Ralph Aitken and Val Borcovsky at Blenheim near the end of next week. A request was also made for an appearance by Arbuthnot.jthe, proposal being that the two Wellington boys should go to Blenheim by air. Arbuthnot, however, has been advised against making the trip.
