MR. DAVIS AND MR. SAVAGE

A tribute to the Prime Minister was paid by the Hon. E. R. Davis in the Legislative Council yesterday afternoon.

Mr. Davis said that he had known Mr. Savage much longer than probably many members of the Council were aware of, and he was proud to see Mr. Savage in the high and honourable position he occupied today.
