IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES.
Sir Harold Beauchamp, as attorney for Imperial Chemical Industries, Ltd., has' received cabled advice from the head .office of that company that the board, oh March 26, recommended on £43,759,759 ordinary stock a final dividend of 5i per cent., making 8 per cent, for the year; and on the further £5,434,141 of ordinary stock, resulting from the conversion and consolidation of 21,736,504 deferred shares, a dividend of 4 per cent., payable June 1, 1936.
