Herr Hitler's special envoy, Herr yon Ribbentrop, left Berlin for London by air at 4 a.m. local time. Arrangements have; been made for him to have an interview tonight with the Foreign Secretary, and it is expected thai he will hand Mr. Eden iJhe reply of the German Government to the proposals agreed upon by the other Locarno Powers. Herr yon Ribbentrop is reported to have spent title greater part of yesterday in conference with. the German Chancellor,
