ACCUSED AGAIN REMANDED
A further remand, until March 25, was granted in--the Magistrate's. Court today, when William Mcßeynolds, a ship's fireman, aged 34, was charged with being intoxicated" in; charge 'Of ;a motor-car on the Hutt Road, and negligent driving so as to : cause death. ■ : ! .The charges arise from, a-collision between a motor-car; driven by the ac-cused-and a motOr-cycl^asa.-result of whjch the motor-cyclist;- and . pillion rider^were killed. --.■.--

Detective-Sergeant Reveil: If bail is fixed in a lesser amount I would ask for a cash deposit and approved securities.
Mcßeynolds was granted bail in the sum of £250, with one surety of £250 or two< of £125 each. Conditions were that he reports twice daily to the police and that the securities arc approved by the Magistrate.
