(By Telegraph—Press Association.) PAHIATUA, This Day. The Konini resident, Mr. Job Mabey, who suffered broken ribs when he was blown off a high roof in the recent storm, had a further run of bad luck this morning, his house being destroyed by fire during milking operations. His wife, who was sick in bed at the tiis<, had an unenviable experience. Owing to the high wind it was impossible to save the house and only a little furniture was saved. The insurances are held by the Standard Office.
