REPORT TO GOVERNMENTS
(British Official Wireless.) EUGBY, February 10. A Geneva message states that the Committee of Experts studying oil sanctions expects to finish this task tomorrow, when a plenary meeting of the sub-committee will be held to discuss and adopt the final report. The report, it is anticipated, will be transmitted to Governments.
At Geneva March 2 is mentioned as a possible date for the assembly of the Committee of Eighteen to consider tha report.
