BROWN'S GRAND INNINGS

(Received February 11, 10.30 a.m.) BULAWAYO, February 10. The cricket match between the Australian touring team and Rhodesia, which was curtailed on Saturday by rain, was resumed today at 2.15 p.m. With the score at 77 for two wickets Australia's innings was continued by Darling (49) and Barnett (4), the notout batsmen. . Darling and Barnett batted attractively. The former was at the wickets 132 minutes and hit nine 4's. Brown, who was anxious to get his century before stumps, lashed out and was caught in the outfield. He played a grand innings which occupied only 85 minutes. He hit eleven boundaries.
