UNDEFENDED DIVORCES
Decrees nisi were granted in the following undefended, petitions for divorce by Mr. Justice Ostler in the Supreme Court ' today:—Agnes "Edna Macpherson (Mr. D. W: .Virtue) v. Alexander Macpherson, separation; Margaret Hay ward (Mr. D. M. Dixon) y. Harold William Hayward, separation; Beatrice Allaer Kearns (Mr. J; A. Scott) v. Alfred John William Kearns, separation. .
A fractured left arm was sustained this morning by Sidney Bennett, a scholar residing at 33 Randwick Crescent, Lower Kutt.as a result of, a. fall. He was taken to the hospital by the Free Ambulance after receiving medical treatment.
