ASSAULT ALLEGED

PALMERSTON N., This Day,
A remand to Wanganui was granted in the Palmerston North Magistrate's Court yesterday when a Maori woman named Matangi Utiku Marumaru, of Bulls, was charged with causing bodily harm to another Maori woman named Tari Bailey at Wanganui on Saturday. The allegations are that the accused attacked the other woman with a pencil sharpener, causing facial wounds .that are said not to be serious.
