OTTAWA, February 10.
Compulsory voting with limitation! of election expenses,' was advocated by the Leader of the Opposition, Mr. R. B. Bennett, in an Address in Reply; speech. He attacked the Trade Treaty! with the United States as improvident. Mr. Angus Maclnnis, of the Com* monwealth Federation, gave notice of a resolution granting the franchise to all Orientals or to exclude them. If an Oriental was good enough to be a resident, he said, it was good enough for him to vote. If. he was not good enough he should be elsewhere.
