RECEPTION TO MINISTERS
A social evening in honour of the Hon R. Semple, Minister of Public Works, and member for, Wellington East and of the Prime Minister and other Ministers of the Crown will be held at the Taia Hall, Kilbirnie, next Wednesday evening. Surplus funds from the sale of tickets, the issue of which is to be limited, will be donated to the .Kilbirnie branch of the Returned Soldiers' Association. Particulars are advertised in. this issue.
