ACCIDENTS
When two cars collided on the main road between Tawa Flat and Porirua yesterday, Mrs. A. Birch, of 26 Queen Street, Wellington, suffered an injury to her right leg, and Mr. R. Bezer, of 179 Vivian Street, a passenger in the other car, suffered incised wounds to his scalp and left hand from flying glass. Both were taken to the Wellington Public Hospital by the Free Ambulance. Mrs. Birch also received attention at the Porirua Hospital.
Mr. A. Geddes, 135 The Parade, Island Bay, had his right leg fractured when a motorvan and a motor-cycle collided at the corner of Medway and Derwent Streets on Saturday afternoon. Mr. Y. N. Hegh, of Cockayne Boad, Ngaio, injured his head and right arm, and suffered severe shock, when his motorcycle skidded at a corner in the Kaiwarra Gorge last evening and he fell. In i-'ach case the injured man was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance.
