ROGERS—FENTON'.
Knox Presbyterian Chun h was the scene of an attractive wedc ing recently when Beatrice Janet Fenton, daughter of Mr. Louis Fen ton, Miramar, was married to Frederick George Rogers, son of Mr. Joseph Rogers, Broadway, Miramar, and the late Mrs. Rogers. The Rev. D. Martin officiated and Miss N. Cullen presided at the organ. The church had been charmingly decorated with lilies and sweet peas by Miss Alice Fenton, sister of the bride.
The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a graceful gown of pale pink lace and georgette, with frills daintily set to form a train, and carried a sheaf of Christmas lilies. The bridesmaid, Miss Beth Fenton, wore a delightful frock of pale green French marocain and carried a bouquat of-carnations and sweet peas. The best man was Mr. Walter Johnson.
A reception was held at the Airport Tearooms, Rongotai, the guests being received by Mrs. L. Fenton and Mrs. C. Rogers.
